Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients—handling inquiries, following up on orders, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and private label clients across the U.S.
  • Learn and understand our jewelry collections, custom capabilities, and production timelines (full training provided)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, email, and video
  • Work closely with internal teams (production, shipping, design) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, introduce new collections, and grow client accounts

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A friendly, proactive attitude and natural ability to build rapport
  • Interest in jewelry, fashion, or design (previous experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or account management role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM software and basic productivity tools (email, Excel, etc.)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience in the fashion, accessories, or jewelry industry
  • Familiarity with B2B sales or working with retail clients
  • Fluency in multiple languages
