Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients—handling inquiries, following up on orders, and ensuring satisfaction
Build strong, trust-based relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and private label clients across the U.S.
Learn and understand our jewelry collections, custom capabilities, and production timelines (full training provided)
Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, email, and video
Work closely with internal teams (production, shipping, design) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Identify opportunities to upsell, introduce new collections, and grow client accounts

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A friendly, proactive attitude and natural ability to build rapport
Interest in jewelry, fashion, or design (previous experience is a plus, but not required)
Previous experience in a client-facing or account management role preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM software and basic productivity tools (email, Excel, etc.)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Bonus If You Have:

This position includes all of the following:

● Administrative tasks such as creating reports, invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders

● Experience in fashion / jewelry / clothing is a bonus

● Highly detail oriented

● Prepare weekly reports

● Coordinating and communicating with overseas vendors

● Ability to articulate ideas easily over email

● Ability to email clients and prospects

● Be willing to learn about shipping processes

● Ability to use internal software tools such as Zoho, Pipeline CRM, mailchimp etc.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent

● Ability to maintain excellent relationships with clients

● Experience with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

● Great communication and writing skills

● Attention to detail

● Organizational skills

● Willingness to learn

● Experience in digital marketing is a plus
