Operations Assistant – Jewelry Manufacturing

Location: Clifton, NJ (On-site)

Sterlyn Silver is a U.S.-based jewelry manufacturer working with leading brands across North America. We’re looking for a highly organized Operations Assistant to help keep projects moving from order entry through production.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders.
• Create and maintain SKUs and product information.
• Prepare Tech Packs and production documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Development, Production, QC, and Marketing.
• Track project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Communicate with overseas manufacturing partners.
• Maintain organized project records and internal trackers.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Experience in jewelry, manufacturing, operations, or product coordination is a plus.
